Shaping Surfaces | MONTHLY WINNER, 3rd Edition

The Theano Hair Garden in Athens by Iatrou Furniture is the August Monthly Winner of the Shaping Surfaces competition by Cleaf.

The space was created by completely renovating an old building from the 1960s in the neighborhood of Pangrati, a special blend of modern and old, with roads named after ancient Greek characters, museums and vibrant nightlife.
The interior design project is focused on this duality creating a meeting point of opposites through the use of different materials: warm wood effect with Sablè LR25 Ascari versus cold marble effect, combined together with pastel solid colours and a magnificent olive tree in the center.
The result is a calm and serene haven from the bustle of city life.
