PALFINGER’s innovative crane and lifting solutions set standards in performance and efficiency. Complemented by extensive service offerings, machine uptime can be further optimized, and productivity maximized. Since early 2025, PALFINGER has been equipping many of its devices as standard with a telematics module. This enables immediate data transfer to PALFINGER CONNECTED, making it easier for customers to get started with digital applications.
By 2030, the company aims to double its service revenue to EUR 700 million and will place its service offerings at the center of its trade fair stand at bauma 2025.
“We not only offer our customers the best technologies, but also help them operate their equipment as efficiently as possible to achieve maximum uptime and optimum performance. This approach allows us to maintain the efficiency of our solutions throughout their entire lifecycle and guarantee long-term success,” says Gerhard Sturm, Senior Vice President Global Sales & Service at PALFINGER.
“That’s why we view service holistically – from original spare parts and customer-focused service contracts to our digital features. Together with our strong partner network, we ensure that our customers worldwide can rely on the highest levels of performance, availability, and efficiency.”
