Avalon Estate has been issued the Zonal Urban Plan


The project includes 104 townhouses, 16 villas, 54 parkview and 572 urban apartments

Prime Kapital announces the approval of the PUZ for Avalon Estate, the largest residential project in the Pipera area. Developed on a 8.1 hectares plot, it encompasses 746 varied design units, a private club with garden, swimming pool, restaurant, two fitness studios and retail spaces. The low-density development with a maximum height of 4 floors, underground and covered parking, exclusive pedestrian areas, unique design and attention to detail are just some of the differentiators of Avalon Estate compared to other residential projects.

More than a third of the total land area is designated to green and leisure areas. Moreover, the concept includes gardens for all types of units: the villas’ design feature generous private garden areas, the townhouses come with gardens and private terraces, and the apartments have terraces and gardens.

Avalon Estate is easily accessible from Barbu Vacarescu Boulevard, Calea Floreasca and Dimitrie Pompeiu Boulevard, the routes for the main office hub in Bucharest.

Currently, interested buyers who missed out on the exclusive pre-sales offering have been included on a waiting list. Prime Kapital recently announced that it will apply for a single building permit for the entire project, instead of phases in order to accelerate construction in line with demand and sales.

Construction will commence soon, and first deliveries will already happen in 2020. Unlike the typical approach in developments, Prime Kapital will build the necessary infrastructure for the entire project, upfront, upon receiving the building permit.
