Compact workhorses: excavators and dumpers
They will be among the new products at the Wacker Neuson demo show at Bauma 2025: the new excavators and dumpers made in Austria. The DW10 dumper with a payload of one ton and the DW15 dumper with a payload of 1.5 tons will celebrate their premiere at the trade fair. A proven dual view dumper, the Wacker Neuson DV60, will debut at Bauma with an innovative skip exchange system: the quick and easy replacement of the skip significantly expands the range of applications and thus the utilization of the machine.
From its zero emission product portfolio, Wacker Neuson is showcasing two new electric excavators at Bauma: the EZ10e with a one ton payload and the EZ26e with a 2.6 ton payload.
Both mini-excavators are zero-tail models designed without rear overhang, making them ideal for application on confined construction sites or indoors.
The excavators on the Wacker Neuson stand will be highlighted by the wide range of attachments available. One example is the EW100 wheeled excavator, which is factory-fitted with the MiC 4.0 interface. At Bauma, eight different attachments will be showcased, including a tiltrotator with pallet forks, a felling grapple, and a forestry mulcher. The EW100 comes equipped with factory-installed automatic attachment recognition for MiC 4.0-compatible attachments. This system also automatically adjusts essential settings such as hydraulic pressure and flow rate. The operator can select other attachments individually on the display. The aim of MiC 4.0 is to become the standard for communication between attachments and construction machines.
