Palazzani Industrie announces the signing of an agreement with MG Garantie for the management of warranty extensions dedicated to its aerial platforms, officially launching the Palazzani Care Program.

Effective from July 1st, the agreement strengthens Palazzani’s commitment to providing customers with structured and qualified after-sales support, ensuring the operational continuity of its machines across the many markets where the company operates.

The Palazzani Care Program, developed in collaboration with MG Garantie, aims to safeguard platform owners’ investment through a warranty extension service that is activated upon machine delivery. Coverage includes the management of accidental failures of mechanical and electrical components, following procedures that ensure the exclusive use of original spare parts and the direct involvement of Palazzani Dealer Network.

MG Garantie, a company specialized in after-sales management and warranty extensions for the automotive and industrial sectors, will coordinate the entire Palazzani Care process: from fault reporting to technical verification and authorization of repairs, guaranteeing quick response times and compliance with the service standards jointly defined with Palazzani.

The agreement extends the Palazzani Care coverage well beyond Europe, including strategic markets such as the United Kingdom, Switzerland, the United States, Canada and NAFTA countries, as well as Australia, India, the Middle East, Egypt, the APAC region, and South America. A coverage designed to support Palazzani platforms wherever they are deployed, ensuring the same high level of service worldwide.
