From today, also Palazzani TZX 250 Articulated Spider model can be transformed into a Crane Spider, thanks to the new hydraulic winch with a maximum lifting capacity of 250 kg.
In a few quick steps, the basket is replaced by the winch, mounted on the head of the jib. When in crane mode, the aluminum telescopic boom of Ragno TZX 250, with two articulated and telescopic sections, allows to lift loads up to a height of 250 kg, to a height of 22.5 metres, with an outreach of 7 metres.
Multiple, fast and simple set-ups The standard non-marking tracks allow the Spider Lift to work also on delicate floors inside buildings.
The new hydraulic winch is composed of a hydraulic motor, a certified 7 mm diameter rope with a length of 32 m and a remote control to raise and lower the rope.
Obviously, the Ragno TZX 250 platform does not lose any features of compactness and lightness (just 2.6 tons), and becomes a safe and high-performance solution for a series of new applications on construction sites, inside and outside buildings, for pruning, etc.
In these years, the 500 kg and 980 kg hydraulic winch designed for all TSJ and XTJ models, has achieved great success internationally, especially on tall machines – from 37 to 52 m – becoming a great solution for maintenance, on construction, telecoms applications.

The high demand for this model on French territory required the inclusion of a new unit to cover also the northernmost regions, therefore, Mediaco Loire Atlantique, the Nantes branch, decided to order a new Ragno XTJ 52+ crawler, with a 980kg hydraulic winch in its rental fleet.
The Ragno XTJ 52+ is considered the giant of the Palazzani range; it reaches the max working height of 52 metres, max outreach of 19.5 meters, a basket capacity of up to 400 kg and it includes all features of Palazzani products: safety, stowed dimentions, agility, performance. The Ragno XTJ 52+ offers an exceptional working diagram, fast and precise movements at any height. The area manager system adjusts the outreaches automatically, according to the stabilization and the load (120/230/400 kg), always allowing 660° rotation, becoming extremely easy to use. It is the best solution for rental, telecommunications, ideal for construction site work, indoor and outdoor maintenance and restoration works. The 980 kg winch diversifies the applications, transforming the platform into a spider crane.
