Lifting Kit for the Basket now available for New Platform Models  

Palazzani Industrie announces that the lifting accessories kit for the basket, initially compatible only with the XTJ 52+ Spider lift, is now available for other models in the range!

The XTJ 48+, XTJ 43+, XTJ 37+, TSJ 30.1, and TSJ 27 Spider lifts, all with a basket capacity of 330 kg*, can now be equipped with this innovative option, designed to facilitate the lifting and handling of heavy and large materials such as pipes, glass sheets, antenna elements inside the basket, through a solution integrated directly into the machine.

This is a very interesting kit of tools that allows operators to easily and safely lift various types of materials with the basket during the aerial work. The kit is composed by:

• Lifting jib: a fixed hook jib extendable in height in 2 positions, with 100 kg max lifting capacity. It is ideal for the safe lifting of objects such as antenna components and similar items.
• Front fork supports: designed to lift objects with a maximum weight of 100 kg, equally distributed on the two supports to be used in pairs. They are perfect for loads materials such as glass or ceramic sheets.
• Upper fork supports: designed to lift objects with a maximum weight of 100 kg equally distributed on the two supports to be used in pairs. These supports allow height adjustment, with three different positions, as well as travel adjustment, ensuring a firm grip of the loads to handle such as pipes and profiles.

It is important to emphasize that the use of the load lifting kit devices is indicated for lifting material from the ground to the workplace in total safety. Additionally, it is indicated to lower material from the workplace to the ground and in that case the operator must always know the weight of the load precisely to proceed in total safety according to the working curve selected by the machine control system.

Thanks to its modular design, this type of basket can be equipped with lifting accessories, which can be easily mounted and used according to the specific needs of each operation.

Since the use of this kit is allowed only under controlled wind conditions, it is essential to install the anemometer, supplied with the kit, on the work platform to constantly monitor wind speed.
