McConnellsburg, PA – JLG Industries, Inc., an Oshkosh Corporation business [NYSE:OSK] and a leading global manufacturer of mobile elevating work platforms (MEWPs) and telehandlers, announces Jonathan Dawson as Vice President – International, effective January 1, 2026. In this newly created role, Dawson will lead JLG’s International region, which includes Australia, New Zealand, Asia, India and the Middle East, as part of a new global structure designed to accelerate growth and strengthen operational and commercial capabilities worldwide.
As part of the company’s global realignment, JLG is organizing into three regions — the Americas, Europe and International — to be more closely positioned with regional market needs and competitive dynamics. In this new position, Dawson will report to Mahesh Narang, JLG President and Oshkosh Executive Vice President, and join the company’s executive leadership team.
“Jonathan’s track record of driving growth, navigating complex markets and building high-performing teams makes him the right leader to advance our International region,” says Narang. “This structure positions us to meet our customers where they are and deliver sustained, profitable growth.”
Dawson joined JLG in 2006 to lead the European telehandler business as Director of Sales and Customer Support. He was promoted in 2010 to Senior Director of Sales and Customer Support for JLG’s regional distribution network, and from 2013 on, he led all sales for the EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) region. In 2019, Dawson assumed leadership of the JLG Power Towers brand. He most recently served as General Manager for Verticals & Strategy across the region.
