CATHARINES, Ontario — Haver & Boecker Niagara, a leading manufacturer of screening, pelletizing and mineral processing plants and systems, will highlight its latest screening equipment, technology and solutions for the aggregates industry at the 2024 Aggregates Academy & Expo (AGG1) show. The company will showcase equipment in Booth 923, and representatives will participate in panel presentations to offer insights and education for show attendees. AGG1 will be held from March 25-27 at Music City Center in Nashville.

“Haver & Boecker Niagara is dedicated to bringing state-of-the-art innovations to every aggregates operation,” said Karen Thompson, president of Haver & Boecker Niagara. “AGG1 is a great opportunity to connect with industry professionals about not only their operation but the industry as a whole and how our products offer efficient solutions.”

Haver & Boecker Niagara will showcase a variety of equipment at AGG1, including:

Niagara F-Class vibrating screen

The next-generation Niagara F-Class vibrating screen features new technology for simplified maintenance combined with maximum performance and longevity. The next-generation design retains the technical benefits the original F-Class is known for, such as improving performance in material stratification and reducing blinding and pegging.

Niagara Drop Guard wear liners

Niagara Drop Guard wear liners are polyurethane liners that provide 100% cross beam protection for Niagara vibrating screens and can be easily installed on an entire screen deck in as little as 15 to 20 minutes, a significant timesaver compared to traditional liners.

Pulse Condition Monitoring

Pulse Condition Monitoring (Pulse CM) is the latest addition to Haver & Boecker Niagara’s Pulse portfolio. The technology is designed to monitor the health of vibrating screens using modern algorithms and artificial intelligence. It provides accurate measurements and forecasts complemented by information that is easy to understand. Pulse CM is a wireless diagnostics tool that helps mineral processing operations be proactive, rather than reactive, when it comes to maintenance efforts. This leads to increased efficiency, decreased downtime and improved reliability.

Rhino Hyde liners

Haver & Boecker Niagara will also debut Rhino Hyde liners at the show. Rhino Hyde liners feature powerful abrasion resistance, are lightweight and offer reduced maintenance and replacement cost for a full range of quarry equipment.

Additionally, Haver & Boecker Niagara representatives will present information during two educational seminars. Haver & Boecker Niagara’s president, Karen Thompson, will speak at the Women in Aggregates panel at 2 p.m. on March 25 in Room 208AB. Haver & Boecker Niagara’s processing and equipment technology manager, Duncan High, will offer expertise for the Minimizing Downtime and Maintenance session at 2 p.m. on March 26 in Room 209C.
