SPEEDWELL got the go-ahead for the construction of the first 50 out of 209 luxury villas combining quality, privacy, sustainability, and design integrated into nature
SPEEDWELL Development is set to transform Corbeanca with GLENWOOD ESTATE, an exclusive new residential project featuring 209 premium lakeside homes with private gardens. Scheduled to start construction in early 2025, the project brings SPEEDWELL’s signature quality and commitment to sustainable, community-centered living to one of the most desirable areas. The total estimated investment is €94 million.
Even if, according to Imobiliare.ro, the number of authorizations issued for residential buildings in Ilfov County in the first semester of 2024 was 5% higher than the corresponding to the similar period in 2023, it is worth noting that from 2020 to date is the first building authorization granted to a residential housing development.
Corbeanca has long been known for its serene environment, yet the GLENWOOD ESTATE project aims to raise the bar even higher, through developing a sustainable gated community. GLENWOOD ESTATE’S residents will have a 700-meter frontage on Corbeanca Lake, providing them with easy access to the water and nature all around. Moreover, the project’s green private and public spaces will add up to a generous 76,000 sqm, making up 54% of the total area.
