The D-Bot: Elevating Collaborative Robotics

Delta’s D-Bot series introduces an innovative lineup of collaborative robots equipped with six-axis articulation, payload capacities ranging from 6 kg to 30 kg, and a maximum reach of up to 1,800 mm. Designed for high-speed and precise operations, the D-Bot achieves movement speeds of up to 200 degrees per second, with an accuracy of ±0.02mm, ensuring optimal performance in various industrial applications.

The D-Bot includes advanced safety features compliant with Pld Cat. 3 / SIL 3 standards, which ensure secure operations through real-time monitoring of position, speed, and torque limits.

Additionally, the innovative Reflex Safety Technology detects contact instantaneously and reverses movement to prevent accidents, enhancing workplace safety.

The robot also offers Plug & Play integration, providing easy deployment with an intuitive programming interface that supports drag & drop programming, Python, ROS 1, and C++.

With multi-protocol compatibility, the D-Bot seamlessly connects via EtherCAT, CAN Bus, IO Link, and Modbus, enabling smooth integration into smart factory environments.

Its robust design, with IP66-rated protection against dust and water, ensures durability even in demanding industrial settings.
