Delta Showcases High-efficiency Power and Cooling Solutions for Cloud Computing, Automotive, and Industrial Sectors at Electronica 2024

Key solutions will include the ORV3 33kW Power Shelf Systems as well as liquid and air cooling solutions for next-generation data centres, advanced thermal management solutions for EVs. Delta’s showcase in the automotive sector will focus on its comprehensive thermal management solutions for next-generation vehicles, including EVs, ensuring optimal performance and safety across four key areas of a vehicle: powertrain, autonomous driving, intelligent cockpit, and cabin comfort. For the powertrain, Delta’s advanced cooling fans, liquid-cooled cold plates, and electric pumps enable tailor-made efficient air and liquid cooling for critical components that ensure system reliability. For autonomous driving, Delta offers single and multi-dimensional liquid-cooled cold plates for ECU, ADAS, and LiDAR heat dissipation, alongside a wide portfolio of DC fans, blowers, and thermal modules for air-cooling options. The comprehensive air and liquid cooling solutions ensure extended lifespan and seamless integration, supporting intelligent cockpits, headlamps, seat air comfort, AC, wireless chargers and OBC. All products are designed for flexibility and comply with OEM EMC requirements.

In the industrial segment, Delta will highlight advanced solutions for Industry 4.0 and AIoT applications. Key products include the MOOVair wireless charging systems, ranging from 1kW to 30kW, offering contactless and wireless charging solutions for industrial e-vehicles, achieving up to 95 percent efficiency at a charging gap of up to 150 mm*, and an IP65 rating for harsh and dusty environments. Various industrial power supplies and LED drivers will also be on display to power up smart factory and equipment. Furthermore, Delta’s industrial DC & EC Fans offer energy efficiency cooling solutions with top-level reliability, robust protection against harsh environments (IP54-IP68), a wide operating temperature range (-40°C to 70°C), and extended lifespan. Alongside its two-phase flow thermal product offering, Delta provides compact and integrated thermal solutions for a wide range of industrial equipment cooling. Additionally, Delta is presenting the new Electromagnetic Brake with a compact, slim design ideal for robotic arm joints, featuring high precision movement and quick release responses.
