Palazzani Industrie has decided to award all its workers – permanent employees, fixed-term contracts, apprentices – with an extra bonus of € 1.600,00.
„We are a Company that has been operating in Franciacorta for several decades – explained Davide Palazzani (the Company Chairman) – we are not isolated from our territory, on the contrary we are a part of it. This is the reason why we want to make a difference and support the people who work with us in this difficult moment of general economic crisis and inflactions.
We know that many Companies work hard and help their employees to overcome difficulties. We face challenges every day and we have decided to support our Team even more. We are aware of the higher costs that all families have to bear, both in bills and in everyday expenses.”
The bonus we’ve awarded consists of € 300,00 available on a Welfare platform and € 1.300,00 between vouchers and/ or reimbursement of household utilities.
THIRD WORKING AREA FOR PALAZZANI SPIDER LIFTS TSJ 27 AND TSJ 30.1
The models TSJ 27 and TSJ 30.1 have been recently updated. Originally these two models were designed with 120 kg and 230 kg basket capacity, as all TSJ range. In order to meet the specific needs of two different projects, Palazzani R&D Department has studied and carried out a permanent modification to the basket capacity, adding a third working area and three different capacities (120, 230, 330 kg).
Both requests came from the need to lift 1 more people or more material with the basket, mainly for indoor/outdoor maintenance or general application in rental sector.
All types of work must be performed quickly and in total safety; this is why one more person in the basket can be of great help, as well as the ability to carry material such as tools or other objects to perform aerial work.
This modification required extensive calculations, tests and a new software by our Technical Office, as well as a new CE certification.
The first two units have already been delivered to customers and this update has now entered in the list of the available options for these models.
There are other interesting projects in the pipeline of Palazzani R&D Dept., which concern small/medium sized machines, in addition to the completion of the TTZJ 58.
Stay tuned!
RFID ELECTRONIC SENSORS FOR MORE SAFETY
Palazzani Spider Lifts have always been manufactured to provide excellent performances and top safety to the operator, thanks to deep studies of technology and ability to adapt it to machines, combining design, safety and innovation together.
One of the latest implementations performed on Palazzani machines concerns the automatic selection of the working area according to the set-up (wide/narrow).
This function is very important to ensure the machine stability during aerial work, and it has now been even more improved by replacing the existing electromechanical sensors positioned the stabilizers, with encoded RFID electronic sensors. This upgrade increases safety and allows to detect and know in real time the status of the sensor.
In fact, RFID electronic sensors give immediate feedback to both the operator and the machine software and fully meet the requirements of EN ISO 13849-1.
Using RFID technology, the sensors provide high protection against possible tampering, thanks to the unique code transmitted by the actuator. Free of mechanical contacts, these sensors guarantee a long service life even in systems subject to frequent openings/ closures and operating in hostile environmental conditions.
This technology has already been applied to several Spiders, such as TSJ 35.1, XTJ 37+ and XTJ 52+ and will be gradually installed on all Palazzani range.
In conclusion, RFID technology increase safety, leaving the excellent performance of Palazzani machines unchanged.
