Doosan Bobcat Community Days celebrates the power of giving back and the company’s commitment to strengthening communities worldwide

Employees from Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA) joined colleagues across the globe for Doosan Bobcat Community Days, an annual tradition that brings teams together to volunteer in the communities where they live and work.

As part of the company’s ongoing global commitment to community partnership, Doosan Bobcat Community Days in 2025 mobilised hundreds of employees across 23 locations in 12 countries throughout Europe, the Middle East, Africa, South Korea, China and North America.

“Doosan Bobcat Community Days is about creating meaningful connections—both with one another and with the communities we’re proud to be part of and serve around the world,” said Scott Park, CEO and vice chairman of Doosan Bobcat. “Our employees generously give their time and talents to make a real difference. That spirit of caring is what makes our company—and the communities we call home—stronger.”

Volunteer efforts focused on key impact areas such as parks and recreation, health and wellness, education, environmental sustainability and safe housing. The company’s workforce participated in a wide variety of hands-on activities, including around 200 employees working on revitalisation and town facilities improvements in Dobris in the Czech Republic, where Bobcat’s European manufacturing, R&D, testing and training facilities are based.

In EMEA, over 1400 hours of employee time were devoted to Doosan Bobcat Community Days activities that took place at 11 locations across eight countries, involving around 30 different projects. These included schemes close to the company’s facilities in Pontchateau in France, Halle in Germany, Sint-Niklaas in Belgium, Cardiff in the UK, the United Arab Emirates and South Africa. In many locations, volunteers also used Bobcat equipment, such as compact loaders, excavators, compact tractors, zero-turn mowers and more, to amplify volunteer efforts.

“The dedication of our people is truly inspiring,” added Park. “We’re proud to support their efforts to go beyond their day-to-day roles and be part of something bigger. Giving back is a fundamental part of who we are—and when we empower people to accomplish more, we help shape the kind of world we all want to live in.”

In addition to Doosan Bobcat Community Days, the company demonstrates its ongoing commitment to community through local service efforts, employee-led giving, corporate contributions and global philanthropic programs.

These efforts reflect Doosan Bobcat’s core values and its continued dedication to building stronger communities and creating a better tomorrow.
