At bauma 2025, the world’s leading trade fair for the construction and mining industry, TII SCHEUERLE is presenting optimized low-bed semitrailers from the EuroCompact U9 series along with K25 heavy-duty modules.
The numerous innovations raise operating comfort to a new level and significantly expand the area of applications thereby increasing overall cost-effectiveness. In addition, TII SCHEUERLE will be demonstrating how the performance of its SPMT vehicle generations is permanently secured through the TII retrofit program.
The two and three-axle SCHEUERLE EuroCompact U9 low-bed semitrailers, specially optimized for weight and
length, are ideal for transporting construction machinery, steel and concrete components or containers in the
payload class up to 48 tons. The new gooseneck for these trailers exhibited at bauma allows even more flexible
adaptation to the respective tractor unit. It is also easier to couple and uncouple on uneven surfaces thanks to two
independently-controlled gooseneck supporting cylinders.
In addition to the single telescopic deck versions, TII SCHEUERLE also offers a double-extendable variant which sets
further standards in the segment with a construction height of just 260 millimeters and a maximum loading length
of 17,000 millimeters. An additional separation point in front of the chassis allows precise load-oriented pretensioning.
This means that the vehicle is always travelling at the lowest driving height and is simultaneously equipped for extending the loading length to 30 meters. Furthermore, there is also a new excavator deck that can be converted into a loading area for agricultural vehicles. This makes TII SCHEUERLE the only provider of a “two-inone” deck solution in the segment.
Versatile and economical: SCHEUERLE K25 transport modules for oversized and very heavy loads
The K25 heavy-duty modules, which TII SCHEUERLE manufactures at two locations, are the ideal and economically
efficient choice for a wide range of demanding applications. This includes the transport of oversized and heavy
construction vehicles, related components, prefabricated components and high-performance transformers. Depending on requirements, the system can be easily and cost-effectively adapted or expanded.
In addition to the fully modular design of the series, the extensive range of accessories also contributes to its versatile
usability. In Munich, TII SCHEUERLE will be showcasing a combination comprising a four-axle module with
drawbar and a four-axle split module. As a result, this makes it possible to combine the K25 into a 3-file combination
in order to achieve vehicle widths of four to five meters and thus increased stability.
Always state-of-the-art technology: retrofit program allows functional updates of the SCHEUERLE SPMT
For accommodating a wide range of logistical challenges in the energy, construction and mining industries, TII
