2022: New Year, New Goals. A New Year has Started for Palazzani, and it is already full of Events!

Another year has passed and we can only be proud of all the achievements. The beginning of a new year always symbolizes a milestone, a moment in which all the goals achieved and missed during the previous months are summed up. Although the situation was far to be easy, we faced 2021 with great stubbornness and tenacity, achieving important results, thanks also to our suppliers, collaborators, and customers.

We’ve already started with new plans for 2022, and we will have a lot of news for everybody!

First of all, we’ve decided to join the IPAF events, to promote and raising awareness of safety issues, through webinars and conferences.

Of course, we will attend at the Bauma 2022 international fair, which will be held from 24 to 30 October in Munich (DE) , if the health situation allows it. We can’t anticipate it in details, but we plan to show some surprising super news on which we have been working for a long time, so stay tuned!

Additionally, our software engineers are working on the evolution of Palcontrol, a much richer interconnection platform than the current Palconnect.

Last but not least, we will launch our refreshed website shortly which will offer a faster, more intuitive and complete way to get information, enriched with a configurator that will guide you in your researches.

TWO PLATFORMS AT THE SERVICE OF THE PETTORANELLO – ISERNIA RAILWAY LINE

BLU S.r.l. is an Italian Rental Company located in the Ciociaria hills, an inland area of ​​Lazio not far from Rome, in activity from 2011.

For ten years the Company has been engaged in the rental and sale of equipment for the transport and handling of building materials, lifting materials and people for aerial work.

The rental fleet offers a wide range of self-propelled, vertical aerial platforms (truck-mounted and spider), Mini Cranes and electric vehicles for transporting materials and people.

The Palazzani Spider Lifts help to do complicated applications, thanks to their technology, and to operate even in complicated areas such as railway lines.

One of the most complicated jobs carried out by the Roman company was the modernization of the RFI line, from Pettoranello – Isernia cities. In that case, the Spiders involved were XTJ 37+ and XTJ 43+. The workers had to carry out inspections on the railway bridge and than core drilling and installation of plates to support railway poles on the external side of the bridge. Ragno XTJ 43+ was used for the operations under the round arches, since it could reach 43 meters high with 330 kg in the cage and 18 meters outreach; XTJ 37+ was used for the bridge works, where access could only be done from above, a platform that can reach 37 meters, an outreach of 15.70 meters and a capacity of 330kg.

The set-up, the telescopic jib and the possibility of working in negative of the XTJ 37+ allowed to carry out the work in full safety and efficiency. The main difficulty were undoubtedly to reach the site and to set-up in less than 4 meters wide. The job was completed thanks to the on-board generator which was needed to use the tools in the basket.

PALAZZANI INDUSTRIE – EUROLEV: A NEW COLLABORATION IN FRANCE

THE FIRST TWO SPIDERS ARE ALREADY AT WORK

Founded in France in 1989, Eurolev is a Rental Company specialized in lifting equipment which is present over all France thanks to an extensive network of Agencies. It is known for the strong organizational know-how, the wide range of equipment and the tailor-made partnership relationship.

To meet the expectations and specific requests of customers, Eurolev Vertical Solution has been able to develop in all sectors of activity and invest in new machinery, including Spider Lifts platforms of important heights.

“Palazzani has been collaborating with our manager Atnaloc, the new branch of Eurolev Vertical Solution, for over 30 years. In all these years, a trusting partnership has been built to maintain a common goal: our customers satisfaction ”, say the Eurolev Managers.

Eurolev’s fleet of nearly 2000 machines also included a range of Spider Lifts from 13 to 42 meters of maximum working height. Recently, the French company decided to introduce two new Palazzani Spider Lifts, one XTJ 37+ and one XTJ 52+ on crawlers and bi-energy, which have already been delivered and are already at work. Additionally, one TSJ 25 crawler hybdrid lithium is currently in production to „…complete our range of special high height spider platforms”, as they have defined them.

The XTJ 37+ model manages to reach a height of 37 meters, with an outreach of 15.70 meters and a capacity of 330kg, while the XTJ 52+ rises up to 52 meters, with an outreach of 19.50 meters and the capacity of 400kg. Both models have been chosen with a winch of 500 and 980 kg respectively to open up also to applications that require the lifting of materials, in addition to pure work at height.

Eurolev sayed: „These two platforms were purchased to offer our customers a greater working height, especially when when the applications are on the skyscrapers” and adds „we use Ragno Palazzani platforms for many activities, such as construction sites with difficult or limited access. However, it is essential to have qualified Staff to exploit the machines potentials.”
