With the acquisition of the entire share capital, a new phase of integration begins, focused on continuity and on enhancing Palazzani’s heritage.
Manta (CN), 23 September 2026 – Multitel Pagliero has completed the acquisition of Palazzani Industrie by acquiring its entire share capital, bringing to completion the process launched last May with the acquisition of a controlling stake.
With this new step, Palazzani Industrie becomes fully part of the Multitel Group, strengthening an industrial project that brings together two long-established Italian companies in the access industry, united by a strong technical culture, an international outlook and extensive experience in the development of specialist solutions.
The acquisition of the entire share capital confirms Multitel Pagliero’s commitment to investing in the future of Palazzani Industrie, enhancing the wealth of expertise, products and market knowledge built up over more than 90 years of history while, at the same time, creating new growth opportunities through the resources, expertise and international presence of the Group.
“With the acquisition of the entire share capital of Palazzani Industrie, we are completing a process that formally began a few months ago, but which stems from a collaboration and mutual understanding developed over many years,” comments Renzo Pagliero, President of Multitel Pagliero. “We chose to invest in Palazzani because we believe in the value of its history, in the expertise of the people who work there and in the quality of its products. Our goal is to ensure continuity for this heritage and create the conditions to further develop its potential within the Multitel Group.”
From an industrial perspective, the completion of the acquisition will make it possible to further develop synergies between the two companies, supporting the progressive integration of expertise and closer coordination of processes. This process will involve, among other areas, purchasing and marketing, where the sharing of experience, tools and working methods will generate new efficiencies and make it possible to bring together the respective areas of expertise.
The aim is to preserve and enhance the distinctive strengths of each company within an increasingly integrated structure, reinforcing the Group’s ability to support growth and development in international markets.
The complementarity of the product ranges is one of the key elements of the project. Multitel truck-mounted aerial platforms are now complemented by Palazzani tracked platforms and special access solutions, creating a broad and versatile offering capable of meeting a wide variety of operational and application requirements. This approach had already been identified as one of the strategic elements of the transaction when Multitel acquired the majority stake.
The first steps in the integration process are already visible on the commercial side. Since last August, the entire Palazzani range of tracked platforms has been marketed directly in France, Spain and the United Kingdom through the respective Multitel subsidiaries, whose sales and technical teams have completed specific training programmes dedicated to Palazzani products.
In these three markets, customers can therefore turn to a single point of contact to learn about and purchase both Multitel truck-mounted aerial platforms and Palazzani spider lifts, benefiting from a complementary product offering as well as integrated commercial and technical support. For the Italian market and the other European markets, the existing commercial structure is, for the time being, being maintained.
“Integration does not simply mean bringing two product ranges together,” adds Roberto Marangoni, Global Marketing & International Sales Director of Multitel Group. “It means bringing together and enhancing different skills, experience and areas of specialisation within a shared vision. Over the years, Multitel and Palazzani have built strong and well-recognised identities, and our role will be to help them grow together, providing customers with an increasingly comprehensive structure from a commercial, technical and service perspective.”
The integration process will also gradually be reflected in Palazzani’s visual identity. The brand will retain the elements that ensure its recognisability and continuity, while incorporating selected features characteristic of the Multitel identity in order to make its belonging to the Group immediately visible.
This will be a measured evolution, designed to create a clear visual connection between the two companies without altering the distinctive personality of the Palazzani brand. The new identity will be introduced progressively across the different areas of the business and communication materials, accompanying the company’s integration into the Multitel Group over time.
The completion of the acquisition therefore opens a new chapter in the history of Palazzani Industrie and, at the same time, represents a further step in Multitel Pagliero’s growth journey: two industrial heritages and two complementary areas of specialisation that are now fully part of the same Group and will continue to evolve through a shared strategy, with the aim of strengthening their international presence and offering the market increasingly comprehensive solutions and services for working at height.
