Magni TH Winches: expanded operating possibilities for suspended load handling

0

Magni TH attachments are designed to extend the application range of telehandlers, turning them into versatile machines capable of meeting a wide variety of operational requirements. Among them, winches represent a key solution for lifting and handling suspended loads, allowing the machine to operate with precision even in applications where forks alone are not sufficient.

Available in different configurations, Magni TH winches enable telehandlers to be adapted to multiple working scenarios, combining load capacity, control, and operational flexibility.

Different configurations for different lifting needs

The range includes single/double line winches, double-line winches, and rear-boom versions, each designed to meet specific operational requirements and ensure maximum versatility in lifting and load-handling applications.

Single/double line winches represent a configurable solution that allows operation in both modes using a single attachment. The single-line configuration allows the handling of lighter loads without the need to change the attachment, ensuring faster handling, greater rope length, and more efficient use in less demanding operations. The double-line configuration, on the other hand, enables the full lifting capacity of the winch to be utilised, adapting the operating setup to more demanding applications and maximising rated load performance.

Double-line winches are designed exclusively for dual-line operation and offer lifting capacities ranging from 2.7 t to 16 t, ensuring high performance in the most demanding applications, with a strong focus on load control, stability, and operational safety.

Completing the range are rear-boom winches, available for the RTH 6.22, RTH 6.26, RTH 6.31, and RTH 8.27 models, also featuring a dual-configuration setup. For the 6-ton RTH models, lifting capacity is 3 t in single-line configuration and 6 t in double-line configuration, while for the RTH 8.27 the capacities are 4 t in single-line and 8 t in double-line. This solution ensures road-legal configurations while optimising machine operation without compromising versatility and lifting efficiency.

Job site and industrial applications

Winches are used across a wide range of sectors: from construction to precast manufacturing, from industrial maintenance to steel structure installation, as well as handling of bulky or difficult-to-manage components using conventional attachments.

In all these applications, the winch enables controlled lifting and positioning of suspended loads, providing reliable support in operations that require precision, stability, and adaptability. The telehandler thus becomes an even more versatile machine, capable of handling different tasks within the same job site.

Three operating configurations for maximum flexibility

Among the most representative solutions in the range is a winch designed to offer three operating configurations – single line, double line, and triple line – enabling different lifting capacities (3, 6, and 8 t) with a single attachment.

This feature allows operators to quickly adapt the configuration to operational needs, selecting the most suitable setup based on load weight, working distance, and handling requirements. A single attachment can therefore support multiple applications, improving operational efficiency and reducing the need for dedicated equipment.

Thanks to the winch, the telehandler can also be used for handling and lifting suspended loads, significantly expanding the machine’s application range. This versatility represents a key added value in construction sites, industrial areas, and all operational contexts where speed, flexibility, and productivity are essential.

Magni TH versatility for every lifting requirement

The Magni winch range confirms the value of attachments as a key factor in increasing machine productivity. Each solution is designed to integrate seamlessly with Magni telehandlers, ensuring high performance, operational safety, and maximum flexibility.

From high-level material handling to structural component positioning, winches extend machine capabilities and enable more efficient execution of even the most complex operations.

Magni TH winches therefore represent a high value-added solution for expanding telehandler functionality, opening new operational possibilities in lifting, handling, and positioning suspended loads.
