The Group Is Sharing Two Booths at the Show with John Deere

Windhagen, August 14, 2026 – From September 22 to 24, Wirtgen Group and John Deere will be presenting solutions for a range of applications in the road construction and earthworks sectors at their two shared booths at the show (No. 47 and No. 58). The focus there is on the show premieres of the slipform paver SP 33 from Wirtgen and the MT 3000-5 mobile feeder from Vögele. Industry specialists from the Wirtgen Group will also be providing insights into the applications-expertise of the company group in a series of three technical presentations.

Focus on Premieres at the Show

At Paving Expo, Wirtgen is presenting the SP 33, its latest compact slipform paver for the production of monolithic concrete profiles such as curbs, curb-and-gutter profiles, concrete safety barriers up to 1.3 m in height, and sewer and drainage channel profiles. The SP 33 is the ideal choice for deployment on construction sites where a high degree of maneuverability, the ability to pave tight curves, and maximum flexibility are required. The machine can also be precisely controlled by stringline scanning, with stringless control by Wirtgen AutoPilot 2.0, or by 3D systems from other providers.

Vögele is showing its latest Dash 5 generation mobile feeder: the MT 3000-5 Offset comes with a slewing conveyor, the new ErgoPlus 5 operating concept, additional comfort features, and the improved PaveDock Assistant truck communication system. The mobile feeder offers a material conveying rate of up to 1,200 t/h and can take an entire truckload of mix on board within only 60 seconds.

Asphalt Production Technology and Exhibits for the Road Construction and Earthworks Sectors

With the SUPER 1800-5 X, Vögele is also bringing a new Dash 5 paver with outstanding operator comfort, automation solutions, and shorter setup times to Sao Paulo. The selection from the Wirtgen Group product portfolio at Booth 58 also includes cutting edge Ciber technologies for the production of asphalt mixes. With an output of 150 t/h, the Ciber iNOVA 1500 mobile asphalt mixing plant features four feed silos with individual weighing, an Open Fire burner, and an innovative smart heat exchanger system that guarantees maximum thermal efficiency and low fuel consumption. Only one transport vehicle is required for moving the plant from one site to another.

The Wirtgen Group exhibits at Booth 47 also include the HC 110 G-Tier compactor from Hamm. It has a powerful drive system, delivers high compaction performance, and also features field-proven 3-point articulation for ideal stability and minimization of the risk of tipping. The HC 110 – HC 130 G compactors are available in the weight classes 11 and 13 tons and can be fitted with either smooth drums or padfoot drums.

John Deere rounds out the cross-section of the equipment portfolio and technological solutions with further exhibits.

Digital Solutions Increase the Efficiency of Processes on Construction Sites

Trade visitors to the booth will also be able to find out all about the John Deere Operations Center™. The central platform bundles digital solutions from across the company group and enables end-to-end management of construction sites, including planning, monitoring, maintenance scheduling, and analysis. The experts at the booth will also be presenting the “Ciber Service Care” program.
