Nhood, the international real estate services and solutions platform, announces that its Specialty Leasing activity has generated 34% higher revenues for property owners since 2024, reinforcing its position as a strategic partner for retailers and landlords looking to activate, enhance and maximize the value of commercial spaces.

In 2025, the activity recorded 7% growth across Europe and Africa, confirming the increasing role of Specialty Leasing in supporting the performance of retail assets. As a dedicated expertise within Nhood’s global service offering, Specialty Leasing provides a flexible and complementary solution that helps property owners optimize the use of their commercial spaces and create additional sources of revenue.

In Romania, where Specialty Leasing became one of Nhood’s strategic development priorities at the beginning of 2024, the company has helped increase clients’ revenues generated through this activity by more than 20%. In 2025 alone, Nhood worked with more than 600 clients and successfully completed over 1,000 operations. The company supports property owners in maximizing the potential of their retail spaces while helping brands and operators identify relevant locations and expand their presence locally and internationally.

This growth reflects the increasing role of Specialty Leasing in today’s retail landscape, as brands continue to seek flexible and lower-risk opportunities to expand, test new locations and engage consumers. By activating underused spaces, diversifying the commercial offering and introducing new concepts, Specialty Leasing helps property owners generate additional revenue, enhance the attractiveness of their retail destinations and strengthen the long-term value of their assets.

Present in 7 countries, Nhood manages more than 2,500 Specialty Leasing spaces, collaborates with over 3,000 brands and relies on an international team of more than 40 specialists supporting clients across their commercial and real estate challenges.

Experiential concepts enhancing retail destinations

The Champions Burger, a large-scale experiential food concept, is one of the projects supported by Nhood through its Specialty Leasing activity. Following the concept’s first expansion outside Spain in 2025, Nhood has continued to support its growth in France throughout 2026, helping bring the concept to new retail destinations and audiences. The initiative has activated up to 5,000 sqm of space, brought together 19 food trucks and attracted more than 220,000 visitors per edition, illustrating how Nhood uses Specialty Leasing to increase footfall, enhance destination attractiveness and create additional value for property owners.

Looking ahead, Nhood will continue to develop its Specialty Leasing activity with the ambition of establishing it as an international benchmark by 2026. As part of this approach, the company will continue to invest in digital solutions that simplify the commercialization of temporary retail spaces, support collaboration between landlords and brands, and contribute to the performance of retail assets across its international network.
