From May 20 to 22, Multitel welcomed its international sales network to Arese for the 2026 Dealer Meeting — three days dedicated to strategic discussions, updates, and knowledge sharing with the partners representing the brand across their respective markets.

The main meeting took place at the Alfa Romeo Heritage Hub, an iconic symbol of Italian industrial history, chosen by Multitel as the setting for a shared moment of dialogue and vision with its dealers and international subsidiaries.

The event was attended by 18 international dealers, together with representatives from the company’s subsidiaries in France, Germany, Spain, and the United Kingdom, as well as several members of the Multitel team involved in sales, technical operations, and after-sales support.

Throughout the event, participants shared results, product updates, future objectives, and experiences from their respective markets, with a strong focus on the evolving needs of the industry and growth opportunities across different countries.

Technical insights were presented by Roberto Bramardo, Technical Director, and Giacomo Bolla, Technical Office Manager, who illustrated the company’s ongoing development and innovation activities.

Significant attention was also dedicated to service, training, and spare parts through presentations by Luca Rubiolo, Service, Spare Parts and Training Manager. Commercial and marketing topics were presented by Roberto Marangoni, Global Marketing & International Sales Director, and Mirko Rebuzzi, Distribution Manager, supported by the Multitel sales and marketing team.

The Dealer Meeting represented not only an important professional update opportunity, but also a valuable moment of direct exchange between the company and its distribution network. The sharing of ideas, feedback from local markets, and operational experiences once again confirmed the strength of the international collaboration that Multitel has built over time.

The ownership opened and concluded the working sessions and also accompanied guests on a guided tour of the historic Alfa Romeo facilities. During the meeting, further details were also shared regarding the recent official announcement of the acquisition of Palazzani Industrie — a strategic step that further strengthens the group’s industrial vision and presence within the lifting equipment sector.

“These meetings are a fundamental opportunity to strengthen relationships with our international partners, listen to market needs, and build the future of the brand together,” commented Renzo Pagliero, President of Multitel Pagliero. “Multitel’s growth is the result of strong relationships, mutual trust, and a shared vision that continues to unite us as we face the new challenges of the industry.”

The days spent in Arese once again confirmed the central role of the dealer network in Multitel’s international growth strategy, laying the foundations for even closer collaboration focused on future development.
