First deliveries to Safety Lift and demo activities launched with the new TZJ 160 and TZJ 180

Palazzani Industrie takes a new strategic step in its international growth path by strengthening its presence in the German market through its collaboration with Safety Lift GmbH, exclusive dealer for the distribution of Palazzani spider lifts in Germany.

The partnership, officially launched at the beginning of 2026 following a series of meetings and reciprocal visits that began during Bauma 2025, is built on a shared vision and common long-term development goals.

Founded in 2007 and with solid experience in the tracked aerial platform sector, Safety Lift is a highly qualified partner, capable of managing not only sales activities but also after-sales service, ensuring complete and continuous support for customers across the territory.

First machines delivered: focus on the new TZJ range

Confirming the strength of the partnership, Palazzani Industrie has already delivered the first units for the German market to Safety Lift:

  • TZJ 180 PETROL with Petrol Honda i-GX 390 engine 8,7 kW
  • TZJ 180 DIESEL with Diesel Kubota engine 10,6 kW
  • TZJ 180 ECO PRO with Lithium iron phosphate battery LiFePO4 11,2 kWh
  • TZJ 160 PETROL with Petrol Honda i-GX 390 engine 8,7 kW

These platforms represent the introduction of a new generation of compact spider lifts, designed to effectively meet the needs of a market increasingly focused on versatility, ease of transport, and sustainability.

The new TZJ 160 and TZJ 180 models stand out for their extremely compact dimensions and towability, key features for operating in complex urban environments and confined job sites. At the same time, they ensure high performance in terms of stability, ease of use, and operational capability, with technical solutions designed to maximize efficiency on site.

The availability of different power options – petrol, diesel, eco, and eco pro – also allows the machines to adapt to any working condition, from outdoor applications to zero-emission indoor use.

Demo activities across the territory: a market-driven approach

The delivered machines will be immediately used by Safety Lift for demonstration activities throughout Germany, with the aim of showcasing the performance and reliability of Palazzani platforms firsthand.

A practical, customer-oriented approach focused on creating value through direct experience: on-site demonstrations, real working tests, and direct interaction with end users and rental companies.

At this stage, entering the market requires not only a strong product, but a complete offering based on technical expertise, reliable service, and a direct local presence.

“I am convinced that, with the new TZJ range, Palazzani has taken the right approach to complete its portfolio in a meaningful way and make it even more attractive to a broader market. With their well-designed equipment options, these machines offer clear added value compared to many conventional spider lifts. From our experience, Palazzani has consistently responded to the real needs of the market. The feedback from the first demonstrations has been very positive – customers have been genuinely impressed. With a working height range from 16 to 52 meters, we are also building a strong foundation to serve rental companies reliably and with a long-term, future-proof perspective”, says Dirk Moers, CEO at Safety Lift GmbH.

Germany: a strategic market

Germany has always represented a key market for Palazzani Industrie, characterized by high quality standards and a strong focus on innovation.

With the introduction of the new TZJ platforms and the support of a structured partner like Safety Lift, the company is concretely strengthening its ability to cover the territory and develop new business opportunities.

“This partnership represents a fundamental step for us: it is not simply about entering a new market, but about doing it in the right way, with the right partner and with products perfectly aligned with local needs,” says Francesco Zola, CEO of Palazzani Industrie. “The first machines delivered are just the beginning of a path aimed at building a solid and long-lasting presence in Germany, enhancing the quality and identity of the Palazzani brand.”

Growth built on strong partnerships

With Safety Lift, Palazzani Industrie is not only expanding its sales network, but also laying the foundations for sustainable growth in one of the most strategic and competitive markets in Europe.
