Meeting the demands of the future with electric innovations and industry-leading digital solutions
JLG Industries, Inc., an Oshkosh Corporation business [NYSE:OSK] and a leading global manufacturer of mobile elevating work platforms and telehandlers, returns to Munich this year with a diverse range of new machines and industry-leading innovations, including new-generation boom lifts and low-level access products.
The theme of the show underlines JLG’s strong commitment to the European region, and its presence at Bauma 2025 is supported by its Italian, Spanish and UK-based subsidiaries: Hinowa, AUSA and Power Towers. Visitors to the JLG stand will see a consolidation of exciting products showcasing our extensive design and manufacturing capabilities in the region.
Additionally, AUSA will present its products on its stand.
Elevating electrification
In line with this year’s Bauma themes of climate neutrality and alternative drive concepts, JLG will present several new zero-emission products.
JLG will launch two new electric models at this year’s show, the all new EC450AJ Compact, a new compact electric rough terrain boom designed in Europe and locally manufactured in the company’s facility in Italy and the new EC660AJ rough terrain boom.
“By showcasing these models, we demonstrate how we’re constantly assessing and developing new solutions to match the needs of an evolving market.” says Rogerio Dos Santo JLG VP EMEAI & Global Strategy and M&A. “We are constantly examining where our customers want to take technology and developing solutions that meet these needs.”
Pushing digital boundaries
In line with its purpose to be a solutions-oriented innovator, JLG will demonstrate the latest evolution of ClearSky Smart Fleet™. “As leaders in the access industry, we are relentlessly pushing the boundaries of technological advancement and integration,” adds Dos Santos.
The ClearSky Smart Fleet™ platform was developed with evolution in mind and continues to transform previous one-way telematics into a two-way solution that allows the machine and user to communicate. “This robust, purpose-built solution is revolutionizing the way customers manage their equipment and will continue to evolve, bringing even greater added value,” says James W Hahessy, Product Manager – Connected Solutions, JLG EMEA.
Visitors to the JLG stand will also see several Power Towers products, including the Power Tower Duo, and the Nano30CS confined space.
Alongside the JLG machines on the stand are four models from its Hinowa line (TC30, LL20.10 BI/Energy, TPX1800E and HS121203E) and two machines from its AUSA line, the D151AEG and T164E.
“We are excited to return to Bauma this year and look forward to welcoming visitors to our stand to explore our latest innovations”, finishes Dos Santos. “We are also proud to share the stage with our products from Hinowa, AUSA and Power Towers, and showcase our combined capabilities and complementary product offerings. Through our strong collaboration, we can better serve our customers in Europe and globally.”
